The tentage works in our TPC plant has been executed and completed very much to our satisfaction and expectation. What is more impressive is your team of employees deployed to handle this project.

Since the start of the project on 31 May 2021 till the completion, your team of workers has been responsible, responsive, reliable and adhered to our strict safety regulations and practice throughout the entire period.

In addition, we would like to compliment Mr Monaj for his dedication and his wonderful work attitude. Mr Monaj has been assigned to TPC for our last few tentage projects over the years. He has shown to be responsible and manage and lead his team well. He certainly takes pride in his work and has a great sense of ownership of his job. He was able to lead his team well and to execute and complete the job safely. I was told that he was still showing my colleague, Shiong Yee, around and advising her on what to follow-up this evening after the completion of project. He has shown his responsibility by following through the project very thoroughly and would send update of the daily progress and even photographs of the status of the project on a daily basis to my staff. His passion and dedication to his job has been indeed remarkable.

Their impressive performance, positive attitude, hard work and dedication have indeed given us such a great pleasure to work with your Company. The project was handled so well and the entire team has done your Company proud. Kudos to them!

Dear Don and team,

On behalf of EA, I would like to express my thanks and gratitude to you and your fantastic team for the assistance and support rendered for our Linde Gas event which ended yesterday at Jurong Island.

The event was very successful and we have received very positive feedback from the client.

In particular, I would like to specially give a special mention to your supervisor Islam who has exceeded our expectations. He was not only hardworking, but he had gone out of his way to help us to put things in place based on client’s feedback in terms of aesthetics and safety. During the event, there were 2 incidents just before the ceremony started:

· There was an issue of power failure for the AV console just before the event started (when Minister was in the VIP room). We believe that it was mainly due to the rain but Islam was quick to rectify the problem and we had a power turn-on within 5 – 8 mins. He had a spare power supply outside the tent on stand-by and he was able to make the switch. Really appreciate the quick response time and also for building redundancy into the set up.

· The roof was leaking due to the rain and water was dripping into the exhibition area where minister was supposed to view a demonstration. Islam took the initiative to patch the hole while the event was happening. He was all wet when he came back into the tent. He could have said “I cant do anything” but chose to act on it.

While running a company, it is always heartening to have such good team members within the company. I believe that such a testimony will deeply encourage him and others so do send our gratitude and words of appreciate to him on our behalf when you have the opportunity.

I was first introduced to Alpha by SMU when we planned to hold an event at SMU. From the planning, Alpha was quick to understand my requirements and quickly impressed me with his portfolio and pictures of his previous events. Throughout the entire process, Alpha dealt with the licensing and SMU leasing department, which saved me a lot of hassle and unnecessary admin. As there was a heavy downpour just before the event, it resulted in a power outage and my other vendor (not Nanyang) was unable to resolve it. Alpha gamely stepped in and within 1 hour, promptly resolved the issue. Even though he was nor responsible for the power outage, Alpha informed SMU about the situation and reassured them and us that the issue had been fixed and will not recur.

Alpha was also able to deliver as promised and my committee and I were pleasantly surprised at the entire set up. In fact, my Managing Partner of the firm was so impressed that he said he did not know “SMU could look so beautiful” and thanked me and my team for the job well done. Needless to say, the entire event went very well and all the attendees were very happy to enjoy this event in the city. Thank you Alpha and team for making my team and I look good! I will certainly recommend you and your team for future work!

I’m full of admiration for the customer response effort made by Angel, my contact at Nanyang Inc, and her operations team.

We ordered tables that were 2 x 4 feet but after installation, we found that it was too narrow. The team that set up the tables and chairs had already left. When I got Angel to deliver additional 2 x 4 feet tables, she gladly obliged without even discussing cost. And her Operations team had to go to the warehouse to collect my requirements. As my client decided that 3 x 3 feet tables are more appropriate, I then called Angel again. This time, her team was already on the way with the additional 2 x 4 feet tables. But she quickly discussed with her operations team and within 20 minutes got back to say that they will change the tables to 3 x 3 feet and that the set up team will be by 7.00 pm. We were already very grateful for their quick response. But we were so pleasantly surprised when 45 minutes later, the set up team arrived. They were cheerful and very assuring. Their supervisor took control of the situation, dismantle the whole set up and patiently set up the new tables arranged according to our wish. What I’m most surprised about is the cheerfulness, the willingness to go the extra mile despite the troublesome last minute changes that we gave them.

We have been using Nanyang Inc for more than 10 years and they never disappoint. Thank you, Angel and your Operations team.

Due to my busy schedule, I was only able to contact Alpha Poh from Nanyang Inc in the last minute. However, despite the last minute request, Alpha was constantly very patient and listened to my requirements. He is extremely knowledgeable and with his wealth of experience, was able to provide very sound advice with regards to my setup at BeerFest 2018. In a short period of time, he was able to pool together his resources and provide me a very impressive tentage. Other than helping to set up a beautiful booth, he also helped arrange the power setup such that they were practical and easy to access, which was critical for my kitchen setup too. All in all, I am very satisfied with Alpha’s work and will certainly come back to him for future events. Thank you Alpha!

I would like to thank you and your team for the great work and effort in the marquee to make the ground breaking a success yesterday! There were many changes and a number of last minutes ones from our side but you are able to accommodate and deliver the final product with such great quality!

We truly are impressed with the great work ethics from your whole team to help us deliver the event so smoothly. To start off, the hand over date for your team to start works was delayed by 2 to 3 days but the extra hours your team has put in to catch up with the loss time is highly commendable!

There were more finer details that we have higher expectations such as the seat covers. Your team is indeed very professional to deliver to the client’s requirement in Boon Chong getting a brand new steamer to iron out the seat covers! Not to forget, your workers are also wonderful as they have to painstakingly replace the drenched carpet over and over again.

No doubt there’s some water leakage issues, we appreciate your team’s relentless effort in trying to overcome the problem. Last but not the least, the final touch to the entrance to make it a grand entrance is much appreciated! We are also thankful for the great effort by Qin-ge to decorate the entrance with the golden cloth. Charlene and I think it looks great also!
