Making more time
for what matters.
Event dates: 20–22 May 2026 · Singapore EXPO
Don Ho, Director of Nanyang Inc, joined a conversation on enterprise AI and productivity, sharing a simple belief: technology should give people more time for the work that needs them most.

At the invitation of the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA), Don Ho, Director of Nanyang Inc, participated in the panel “Behind the Scenes: Leadership, Workforce and Business Impact of AI” at ATxEnterprise 2026, bringing Nanyang Inc’s perspective to a discussion about technology and the people who use it.
Productivity with people in mind
For Don, the value of AI goes beyond getting tasks done faster. It is about reducing the time spent on repetitive work, so the team can focus on issues that require their experience, attention and judgement.
AI should support our team, freeing up time to focus on more important matters.
Our people-first approach to AIHis message reflects a people-first approach: the purpose of adopting AI is to support the team rather than remove jobs. Making routine work more manageable creates room for people to put their skills where they matter most.
A continuing journey
For Nanyang Inc, digitalisation is an ongoing process of learning and finding practical ways to improve how we work. Taking part in conversations like this offers an opportunity to exchange perspectives with others exploring similar changes.
Alongside the panel, the event brought opportunities for conversations with fellow participants, including Mr Tan Kiat How, Senior Minister of State for Digital Development and Information.
Our focus remains on progress that supports people—helping our team spend their time well while keeping their expertise at the heart of the business.
