Supporting the experience beyond the arena

A sports event extends beyond the main competition space. Fan activities, exhibition displays and beverage service areas each need equipment suited to their purpose and location.

For this project, NYI’s scope covered an outdoor court shelter, exhibition panels and bar counters. Together, these elements supported the client’s setup across the fan zone and service areas inside the stadium.

Aluminium tentage for the fan zone basketball court

NYI supplied the aluminium tentage used to house the basketball court outside Singapore Indoor Stadium. The structure created a covered activity space alongside the venue, bringing basketball into the wider fan experience.

The shelter formed the physical framework for the client’s court and fan zone setup. Its covered area accommodated the basketball activities beneath the tent roof.

Maxima panels for the exhibition setup

NYI supplied Maxima panels for use as exhibition panels at the event. The panel system provided surfaces for the client’s display content and helped define the exhibition areas.

These displays formed another part of NYI’s equipment supply, supporting the event’s presentation needs alongside the outdoor basketball setup.

Bar counters for beverage service

Inside the stadium, NYI supplied black bar counters for the event’s beverage service setup. The counters provided working surfaces and a defined service frontage for the catering team.
